WARRANTY AND REPAIRS
Our Epifania Gallery pieces will be repaired through any of our stores or retailer at no charge for up to 2 months following purchase; only applies if:
- You present the invoice or warranty certificate.
- Damages are not caused by improper care, accidents or natural breakdown of materials over extended use.
- Pieces must not be modified by any other third part.
Because we know our treasures are very special for you, we can repair pieces older than three months; repairs will be subject to a fee assessed on a case-by-case basis. Even though our team always do their best to repair our client’s treasures, some of our supplies are limited in quantity, and in some cases repairs are not always possible.
For warranties or repairs, please contact us at info@epifaniagallery.com . Please title the subject of your email either “Warranty” or “Repair” followed by your name. If it’s possible, attach the photos of the piece to determine whether repair can be accommodated and which would be the associated charge. For warranties, you must attach the digital purchase receipt.
