SHIPPING
GENERAL INFORMATION
- All orders are prepared within 24-48 business hours starting from the order confirmation date. This may vary during sales or promotions. Remember that delivery times may be affected in times of high volume (such as Black friday, Christmas ..)
- Orders may have delay due to Covid time, it may take more time for the order delivery, we appreciate your patience.
- EPIFANIA GALLERY ships worldwide. Below you will find further details on shipping costs and shipping methods.
- As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email from which you will be able to track your order. If you wish to change your direction please email us at info@epifaniagallery.com within 6 hours of placing the order.
- Orders of 150 usd or more that will have free shipping with DHL International.
- Shipments may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office.
- Each order is packaged in a box and a proforma invoice. You will also recieve a receipt via email.
- Please check the address and personal information for shipment, if any info is not correct the buyer will assume the extra costs of returns, resend or any lost of the order.
SHIPPING EXPENSES WORLDWIDE
- Orders over 150 usd or more have FREE SHIPPING with DHL Express.
- Orders under 150 usd have a flat rate of 25 usd with DHL Express.
- Delivery times
- DHL Express: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is in 3 -5 working days.
- Dutties and taxes are not included. The buyer is responsible for those costs.
LOCAL DELIVERY - PANAMA
- Panama City:
We ship all orders within the Panama City limits with a flat rate of $3.99. All orders made from Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. will have same day delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Orders made after 5:30 pm will be shipped the next working day.
Orders placed after Friday at 5:30 p.m and during with weekend will be send in two working days.
You will receive a notification email with details on how to track your package. If you wish to change your direction please email us at info@epifaniagallery.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
Each order is packaged in a box with and you will receive a receipt via email.
Please make sure someone responsible receive the orden in the delivery period. If the delivery company can not find anybody at home the package will be back to Epifanía Gallery. The buyer will assume the extra costs of returns, resend or any lost of the order.
- Panama Interior:
We ship all orders to Panama's Interior with a flat rate of $6.99 using Uno Express.
All orders made from Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. will be sent by Uno Express the next working day. Orders placed after at 3:30 p.m and during with weekend will will be sent in the day after the next working day.
