Refund policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUND POLICY. 

We accept returns within 2 days of the delivery on any unworn accessories. All returns must be in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for the shipping process to Miami-US

Epifania Gallery does not accept returns on any custom or sale items. If you want to make a return or refund please write an email to info@epifaniagallery.com . Please title the subject of your email either “Refund” or “Exchange” followed by your order number, and we will reply with the instructions to follow. The refund can take up to 30 days to process starting when we receive the product back. 

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to Miami- US.

Each customer is limited to one return or exchange per customer. Returns are only permitted on your first order. Returns requests must be submitted via email within 2 days of the package being received by you, the customer must sent the package to us within 2 days we confirm the submitted email.

Risk of loss and title for any items purchased from Epifania Gallery pass to you upon delivery of such item to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Orders may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.
